CRATER BAND LISTENING PARTY

CRATER BAND LISTENING PARTY: It finally went down on the 30th of March at ANGELS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,KANDARA RD.KILELESHWA. For a first listening party,the crowd was impressive.We sure didn't expect the numbers that streamed in,but it is amazing how art brings people from different walks of life together. It was a rainy afternoon but that didn't stop us from having fun.So the band got on stage and impressed despite the jitters. We had MERCY on the drums,OAK on the keys,IAN on the bass,BEN with the guitar,the lead singer SHALLI carried the crowd away with her beautiful voice,SHAY did not dissappoint either,her voice intrigued everyone in attendance. The event was laced with a few poetry performances by renowned poets TEARDROPS,JICHOPEVU,NANA POET.We also had newcomers grace our event,LEANNE AND EDU and they were captivating as well. Our mc on the day did a good job in keeping the crowd alive. And with that,the band made it's mark,hence the CRATER was formed. There were snacks going round in the midst of performances. There was a mingling session afterwards,characterized by some meat on the grill which was finger licking good,I know cliche, but it was literally finger licking good(felt the need to stress that point) The cocktail was flowing(very good). We've received very encouraging feedback.This has prompted us to start working on the next event which will be nothing short of the best.So watch this space.

QUEEN IN DARKNESS
